Building upon the success of its website for the Church of the Holy\u00a0Sepulchre, the Custody of the Holy Land is now offering to all pilgrims and\u00a0devotees the possibility to learn more about the \u201cCity of Jesus<\/strong>\u201d through a\u00a0new website dedicated to the Sanctuary of Capernaum<\/strong>, with enhanced\u00a0graphics and updated materials in four languages: Italian, English, French
and Spanish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The contents, divided into thematic sections, will accompany visitors in their discovery and understanding of the place that is Capernaum, where Jesus lived and worked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Virtual Photo Tour<\/strong> of the archaeological site allows people to immerse\u00a0themselves in the remains of the village and, thanks to state-of-the art 3D\u00a0archaeological reconstructions, they will be able to carry out a journey in\u00a0time above the House of the apostle Peter!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The unveiling of the website for Capernaum represents the second stage of\u00a0a Project for renovating the Internet sites of the Sanctuaries, a project\u00a0conceived by the Franciscan Custody to assist pilgrims coming to the Holy\u00a0Land as well as others who wish to find information on the Sanctuaries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
